Lecturer - Digital Currency
Mark holds a Finance and Banking Degree from the University of New England, a Law Degree (LLB) from Southern Cross University and a post graduate qualification in Finance Law from the University of Melbourne.
Mark is an experienced commercial and technology lawyer who has worked with both major law firms and as general counsel in the media, telecommunications, software and IT industries. He was an early adopter of digital currency and blockchain technology and has advised numerous clients in the Fintech sector, becoming one of the leading authorities on the intersection between the law and these new technologies.
Since 2016 Mark has been the lead instructor on the module, Regulation and Digital Currencies, of the University of Nicosia’s MSc in Digital Currency. Mark also lectures as part of Globaltraining’s Blockchain Training Series.
